I Build Companies That Build People

For the past 15+ years, I’ve been helping entrepreneurs grow, exit, and lead with clarity — while building companies that strengthen families, teams, and communities.

“I’ve spent my life building businesses and rebuilding myself. What I’ve learned is this: the greatest companies aren’t built on tactics, talent, or even opportunity — they’re built on values, systems, and people who care deeply about the work they do and the lives they touch.

Everything I do today is focused on helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and investors build something that lasts”

A Journey Built Through Hard Work, Setbacks, and Grace

I didn’t grow up with wealth, influence, or a playbook.

I worked long days, struggled, made mistakes, rebuilt, and kept moving forward. As a young husband and father, I learned the tension between trying to provide for my family and trying to be present for them.

“They taught me discipline. They taught me stewardship. They taught me that success without integrity is failure.”

And they taught me that leadership begins at home.

Over time, I built and scaled multiple companies — a digital agency, a hardscape construction business, an e-commerce brand, and a growing network of ventures and acquisitions. Each business became a classroom for leadership, systems, and values-driven decision-making.

Current Mission

build businesses that make people healthier, smarter, and more whole — not burned out.

Business Grew When I Learned to Lead With Values, Not Ego

There was a season where I tried to carry everything myself — the stress, the pressure, the success, the expectations. And like many entrepreneurs, I hit a breaking point

Instead of doubling down on hustle, I doubled down on values.

I realized:

There was a season where I tried to carry everything myself — the stress, the pressure, the success, the expectations. And like many entrepreneurs, I hit a breaking point

My Mission Is to Help Entrepreneurs Build Healthy Companies — and Healthy Lives

The Values That Shape My Life and the Companies I Build

Everything I do — as a husband, father, entrepreneur, and leader — flows from one foundational conviction:

“Before the face of God.”

Coram Deo reminds me that every decision, every partnership, every investment, and every leadership moment happens under God’s guidance and for His glory. It means living with integrity when no one is watching, building with excellence, and leading in a way that honors the people God has entrusted to me.
This belief shapes the five core values that guide me as a man made in the image of a Creator — designed to build, steward, and bless.

Humble faith is the posture of my life and leadership. It means listening before acting, seeking wisdom before strategy, and trusting God more than my own abilities. It’s the quiet strength that keeps me grounded, steady, and focused on what truly matters — even when business gets chaotic or life gets heavy.

Love isn’t just a feeling — it’s how we treat people.Respecting love means honoring employees, partners, clients, and families as people made in God’s image. It means communicating with clarity, dealing honestly, and treating every relationship with dignity. This value turns companies into communities and teams into families.

Gratitude is fuel.It protects the heart from bitterness, entitlement, and short-term thinking. A thankful spirit helps me see opportunity in challenges, blessing in responsibility, and purpose in the work. Gratitude is foundational because a leader who is thankful is a leader others can trust.

This is where faith meets action.
Responsible discipline means showing up consistently, doing what’s right over what’s easy, and building systems that honor the gifts, resources, and responsibilities God has placed in my hands. When we steward well, God multiplies the impact.

Everything I have is from God, and everything I build is meant to flow outward.Generous giving means living open-handed — with time, talent, money, leadership, and opportunities. It’s using business as a tool to strengthen families, communities, and future generations. Generosity creates legacy, and legacy creates change.

These five values shape every decision I make, every company I build, and every person I work with.
They are the lens through which I lead — not perfectly, but purposefully

A Husband, A Father, and a Steward of What God Has Entrusted

Before I’m an entrepreneur or investor, I’m a husband to my wife and a father to seven incredible kids.

Family is the reason I build. Family is the reason I lead. Family is the reason I steward every venture

My goal isn’t just to create wealth — but to create a legacy of healthy homes, strong leaders, and companies that give people the chance to thrive.
